To register for any activity or class supported by the Parks and Recreation Department of Lower Southampton, you must print out the registration form, fill it out, and return it to the township office in person, via post, or by fax. All registrations must be handed in BEFORE the program begins. No registrations will be taken over the phone. There is an outdoor secure drop box for after hours registrations located to the left of the front door of the Municipal Building.

 

REFUND POLICY

If We Cancel A Program: Lower Southampton Township Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel classes/ activities due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified and full refunds given. Credit card refunds will be issued within 3 days of the class/activity being canceled. If payment was made by cash or check, refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the course/activity was canceled.

 

If Participant Withdraws/Cancels: To cancel a registration, participants must contact Lower Southampton Township Parks & Recreation at 215-357-7300 Ex. 340. PLEASE NOTE: Instructors are not authorized to issue refunds or credits.

Refund: If the Parks and Recreation Department is notified of a withdrawal at least 7 full days prior to the start of the class/activity, a refund will be issued. Refunds are issued by check or credit to a credit card. A processing fee of $5.00 per program will be assessed for all canceled programs. We do not give refunds for camps, skate park, or the Dolphin Swim Club.

Credit: If the withdrawal is between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the start of the program, a Parks & Recreation credit will be placed on your household account. A processing fee of $5.00 per program will be assessed for all canceled registrations.

 

NO CREDITS or REFUNDS for any program will be issued if the withdrawal request is made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the program.

 

Cancellation and Changes of Programs: All classes must have a minimum number of participants enrolled in order to be held. Lower Southampton Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel or make any revisions which may be necessary.
