TOWNSHIP 'FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY'

The Friends of the Library are a group of concerned citizens instrumental in raising supplemental funding outside the scope of the normal library budget.  They are also advocates for the library in the community and encourage use of library resources.  If you would like to join Friends, please call 215-355-1183.

The Friends meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM in the library.  If you can, please take some time out and get involved with this group.  The Friends not only promote literacy in our community but raise monies that augment the library budget,  The Friends buy equipment like the children's PCs and sponsor both children's and adult's programs during the year.

Join the FRIENDS OF THE LOWER SOUTHAMPTON LIBRARY!

Each year, the Friends' fundraising efforts are responsible for children's summer programming, Books for Babies, Fred Miller concerts, new equipment, and many other things not possible with the Library's modest budget.

There are so many ways that the community benefits from our library. We are asking you to help the Library by becoming a member of the Friends.
